Subscribing is the best way to shop at The Veggie Doctor™.  Subscription orders are always discounted (except sale items, which are already discounted) and are eligible for free ground shipping on orders over $30 shipping within the United States!

Starting a subscription is simple.  Choose the products you want and how often you want them.

PRO TIP: most people choose 2 bottles every 2 months to ensure they meet the $30 threshold for free shipping, and that's it!

Your subscription will auto-deliver on your schedule, and you can change or swap your products, update your address, or cancel at any time.

Browse the site for the product you want, choose the discounted Subscribe & Save option, select your shipping frequency (every 1, 2, 3 or 4 months) and add to cart. You'll place an order AND start your subscription upon checking out.

All of our products are eligible for subscription and all products get a discount when you subscribe.

You can set your subscription to renew every 30, 60, 90 or 120 days. Your subscription renews based on the date you start your subscription, and your order will ship out shortly afterwards.

We offer free ground shipping for subscription orders over $30 shipping within the US. 

Pro-tip: If you're only subscribed to one product, have 2 bottles delivered every 2 months to save on shipping!

Your subscription will automatically process your order based on the date you started your subscription and your delivery frequency. We'll remind you via email 3 days before your order is set to process so you're aware and can make any changes if necessary.

PLEASE NOTE: Any changes to a subscription must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date. We are unable to edit or cancel subscription orders once they have renewed and processed.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, although you will lose your locked in discount when you do.

To cancel your subscription, go here and click MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS. 

Please note - you must cancel a subscription at least 24 hours before it's renewal date to allow the cancellation to process.

Free shipping applies to US subscription orders over $30 (after discounts, before taxes). If your order’s subtotal falls below $30, a shipping fee will be applied to every order below $30.

Here are a few tips to qualify for FREE shipping on your subscription!

- Update your subscription to deliver 2 bottles every two months. Example: if you’re subscribed to one monthly bottle of Qwell™ Vegan Omega 3, update your subscription to reflect 2 bottles of Qwell™ Vegan Omega 3 every 2 months!

- Combine your existing subscriptions! If you have multiple subscriptions in a month, combine your subscriptions so they ship on the same day and meet the $30 minimum.

Just click Change Item Date next to a product to update. Any products with the same shipping date, shipping address, and billing information will automatically ship together.

- Add new items to your subscription order to reach a subtotal of at least $30. 

Discount codes are not applicable to subscription orders, since these are already at a significantly discounted price.

How to Manage Your Account / Subscription Information

PLEASE NOTE: Starting a subscription does not automatically create a customer account. You’ll still need to create an account as a separate step in order to manage your subscription!

If your email is not recognized when logging in, it’s possible that you have not created your account or you never finished activating your account. No problem — simply create an account again to get logged in!

1. Log In to your account by clicking the unique customer portal link sent to you via email or SMSor log into your customer account on our website.

2. Click on the PAYMENT METHODS tab.

3. Click on ADD NEW PAYMENT METHODS tab.

4. Click the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab and click EDIT on the subscription to be updated.

5. Expand the SHIPPING AND BILLING section and click USE THIS SHIPPING AND BILLING PAIR.

6. Return to the PAYMENTS METHODS tab, expand the old payment method and click REMOVE PAYMENT METHOD.

2. Click on SUBSCRIPTION and scroll down to SHIPPING ADDRESS

3. Click on the ARROW to expand.

4. Select one of the other shipping addresses.

2. Click on SHIPPING.  This will display all shipping addresses on your customer account.

3. Click the link on a specific address will allow you to update it as needed or click on the ADD ADDRESS button to add an address.

2. Once logged into your customer portal, click on DELIVERY SCHEDULE to see al upcoming deliveries for your subscription.

3. To skip a delivery, click SKIP.

PLEASE NOTE: Any changes to a subscription, including skipping or cancelling, must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date.  We are unable to edit or cancel subscription orders once they have been processed.

1. Log In to your account by clicking the unique customer portal link sent to you via email or SMSor log into your customer account on our website.

2. Click SUBSCRIPTIONS and then click on EDIT.

3. You will be taken to a page where you can edit the next order date for your subscription. 

4. Once you select the new charge date you can click on the UPDATE NEXT SHIPPING DATE.

2. Click the Subscriptions tab and select Edit next to the subscription you want to add a product to. 

3. Hover over the product you want to add and select Add one-time. This automatically adds the product to your shipment.

1. Log In to your account by clicking the unique customer portal link sent to you via email or SMSor log into your customer account on our website.

2. Click SUBSCRIPTIONand EDIT.

3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.  If required, provide a cancellation reason and confirm the cancellation by clicking PROCEED.

Repeat this process if you need to cancel more than one item.

PLEASE NOTE - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next renewal date. Cancelling a subscription after your order has renewed will NOT cancel any orders in progress.
