Payments & Discounts

For one-time purchases and subscription orders, we accept all major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Facebook Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, BitPay (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin) and Coinbase Commerce.

Please note:  If you are looking to place an order larger than 20 items, please contact us hereto help out with your large order!

Discount codes may be applied to one-time orders.*  Only one discount code is applicable per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or codes, unless otherwise specified.

*Exclusions apply: subscription orders and sale items are typically not eligible for discounts, unless we are running a specific promotion. Discount codes are limited to one use per customer. 

Typically, discount codes may be applied to one-time orders. If you’re having trouble, here are a few things to consider:

 - You can only use one discount code per order

- Sale products & special priced products are not eligible for further discounts

- Subscription orders are not eligible for further discounts

- Rewards points cannot be combined with a discount code

Shipping & Delivery

We ship throughout the United States and will soon offer shipping to Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico.

 Please note: Currently, we do not ship internationally.

Due to additional safety protocols have been implemented, please allow 2-5 business days after placing your order for it to be processed, packed, and shipped out. We do not process, ship, or deliver orders over the weekend or on holidays.

After your order ships out, delivery time can vary based on your shipping method.  

 

PLEASE NOTE: expedited shipping is not available for delivery to PO Boxes or subscription orders.

Once your order ships out, we'll email you tracking information so you can keep an eye on your delivery. Our couriers will provide an estimated delivery date based on transit. If you don't see shipping information after 5 business days from your order date, please double check your spam or trash folder.

Please make sure to allow 2-5 business days for your order to process before shipping out. We do not process, ship, or deliver orders on the weekends or on holidays.

We find that most of the time your order was likely mis-delivered to a neighbor, left in a mailroom/package room, or picked up by someone else in your household. Please double check those places and with your household first, and if you still have trouble, please contact us here so we can help out!

Currently, we are not in any stores, but are working hard to work to get there.

Orders may be delayed due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information.

- Transit and delivery time may be extended due to inclement weather or general carrier delays/issues.

- The Veggie Doctor cannot guarantee a delivery date.

The Veggie Doctor is not responsible for lost shipments due to a wrong or incomplete address entered at checkout (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number, incorrect street number, city, state, or zip code). In the event you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us and let us know your correct address, ASAP!

Orders & Returns

Please contact us here with your order number and your correct shipping address, so we can make changes as quickly as possible.

We cannot guarantee a change in address once your order is in processing, but we will make best efforts to accommodate your request.

Once it has processed, we are unable to edit the items in an order or cancel an order. However, please contact us and we will try our best help in accommodating your request!

On occasion our system does tend to mix up an order.  If you received the wrong items or if there was an issue with delivery, please let us know within 30 days of your order date, and we'll work hard to correct the problem as soon as possible! You can contact us here!

The Veggie Doctor offers a 90 Day Happiness Guarantee!  If you are not completely satisfied with your products, please contact us here within 90 days of your purchase date.  

Please include the following:

- Full Name

- Order number

- Problem you had with the product. We are continually looking to improve our product and this is extremely helpful!

Return Terms and Conditions

- Orders outside of the 90-day happiness guarantee return window are ineligible for a return, exchange, or store credit

- Refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method. In the event we're unable to refund back to the original form of payment due to a cancelled/expired credit card or closed bank account, store credit will be issued that can be applied as discounts on future orders.

- Orders of 20 items or more are not eligible for return, only 50% of the order may be returned if the items are unopened and unused with their original seals intact within 90 days of the order’s delivery date

Creating an account allows you to track your purchases, manage your subscription and gives us access to your purchase order, if we ever need to look into an issue on your behalf.

If you've already placed an order prior to creating an account, you can still create an account here, using the same email you used to purchase to get connected to your existing account!

If you receive an error stating "No account found"when trying to reset your password, it appears you never finished creating your customer account.  You can create an account here, using the same email you used to purchase to get connected to your existing account or contact us here and we will send you a link inviting you to set up an account.

If you forgot your password, you can reset it here. Click on Forgot Your Password and enter your email address. We'll email you a unique link to update your password. If you don't see an email from us, please double check your spam or trash folder.
